We welcome your application for membership in our professional association. Applications are conditional until your membership fee is received and your application is approved. We'll notify you promptly once your application is processed.
Two Ways to Apply You may apply online or by mail.
Apply Online (recommended) You can perform the entire application process online. If you choose to apply online you have the option to pay your membership fee online or mail in a check. To apply online, follow the steps below.	Apply by Mail (optional) If you prefer to print and mail your application, you may do so. To apply by mail, download the Membership Application (PDF, 136Kb). Print the form, fill it out, sign it, and mail it in with your check. (If you don't already have it you'll need Adobe Reader to open PDF documents.)

About Passwords When you are part of an online community you should treat your password seriously. A good password is one that is easy for you to remember and hard for others to guess. (That's why the names of children and pets make poor passwords!) Your password can be any combination of letters (lower and UPPER case) and numbers from 8 to 15 characters in length.
