Do you feel unhappy about your body? Do you frequently think about your appearance or weight? Do you struggle with chronic dieting, binging, or purging? Are you ready to love the skin you're in? As a practical and interactive therapist, I help people to understand their eating patterns. My treatment approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to help address current and long-standing issues relating to your body, weight, and eating concerns.

I work with committed men and women of all ages who may be dealing with low self-esteem, stress and anxiety, body image issues, eating disorders, and more.

I am a MFT Intern specializing in individual and group psychotherapy practicing under the supervision of Shannon Miles, MFT in Santa Barbara, California. With several years experience as a clinician, and a graduate of Antioch University, I can help you find the change you are looking for.
