Description (2950 characters max)
Whether you're moving through one of life's many transitions, having relationship problems, or suffering from an illness like depression or anxiety, I have the experience and skills to join with you to explore the barriers that may be both hindering you as well as creating additional suffering in your experience. In therapy, I will support you to identify your strengths as well as to build new skills and behaviors to support your goals and to enhance your health and well-being. The therapy process can be the path to developing a richer, more satisfying, and meaningful life!

I specialize in treatment of anxiety & depression, relationship issues, trauma, and low self esteem. I have advanced training in the use of EMDR, Mindfulness, Meditation and Somatic Awareness as well as evidenced-based practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am also a certified Health & Wellness Coach and can address the impact of nutrition and lifestyle as it relates to wellness.

I offer a creative and eclectic approach to therapy based on individual need. I provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment to assist you in reaching your goals. I am often told that I have a calm presence and a genuine relational approach to the therapeutic process.
