My holistic approach to treatment, which includes -and is not limited to- existential, humanistic, person-centered, family systems, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Rogerian, Narrative therapy, Logotherapy and multicultural. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, traumas, behavioral issues, attachment issues, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, emotional disturbance, existential crisis, fears/phobias, bereavement/grief, panic disorders, postpartum depression, stress, and self-esteem.
